Jeff Bradstreet, MD, MD(H), FAAFP
Founder, Medical Research Director, and President
Dr. Bradstreet graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and received his residency training from Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. As a flight surgeon, he was involved in aerospace medicine research, and has extensive experience and training in environmental medicine and toxicology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the American College of Toxicology. He is involved in autism related outcome studies and environmental research with the University of Washington and UCLA and serves as a adjunct Professor of Child Development and Neuroscience at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. He has offices in Florida and California and is internationally recognized as a lecturer and researcher in autism. His son, Matthew, is recovering from autism with the combined help of biomedical and behavioral interventions.
John Padgett, Vice President
John Padgett is Vice President of Walt Disney World Products and Services Planning and Development. John is responsible for advancing the performance, quality and relevance of the Walt Disney World products and services portfolio in order to respond to the current and future needs of Guests and operating partners, while creating shareholder value. He leads the long-term products and services strategy and planning for all operating and business areas including Attractions, Entertainment, Resorts, Food and Beverage and Merchandise. He also evaluates investment opportunities based on a balanced and holistic view that incorporates Guest, Operations and Financial perspectives. John has been with the Walt Disney World® Resort since 1996 and has worked in numerous roles in diverse businesses including Sales, Marketing, Travel Operations, Facilities and Operations Services, and Products and Services Planning and Development. Most recently, John led the development and implementation of Disney’s Magical Express, Evening Extra Magic Hours and various other strategic product initiatives. Prior to joining Disney, John was a Business Analyst for Air Products and Chemicals working in semiconductor manufacturing. John’s education includes a master’s of business administration with a concentration in management science and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. John’s early career was in construction, where he worked as a Field Engineer in Norfolk, Virginia participating in the construction of Hospitals, Museums and Military Facilities. John resides in Clermont, Florida with his wife Bethany and two daughters, Savannah and Taylor. Working with Dr. Jeff Bradstreet, Taylor has progressed from the grips of autism to an intelligent, dynamic, social and athletic young girl that excels in every way. The Padgett family leads a very active life that includes all water sports, competitive gymnastics and tree farming.
Dr. Henry Dekker, Treasurer
Dr. Dekker is certified in Behavioral Studies, establishing the Dekker Group in 1991. In this capacity he serves as counselor, consultant, and speaker; providing seminars and profile studies for corporations, schools, and governmental agencies. Previously, he was one of seven founders of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, starting the company in 1970 and serving as Regional Vice President. Additional professional experience includes his position as National Director of Development for Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Dr. Dekker studied at Free University, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church of America, and has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of Reformed Theological Seminary since 1972. He was ordained by the Evangelical Church Alliance, an International Ministerial Association, where he also serves as an International Board Member.
Additional accomplishments include Dr. Dekker’s appointment as a board member of Medi-Share, an International Health Organization, and his position as a Charter Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Dr. Dekker is a past board member of Space Coast League of Cities, and a former member of Florida Federal Action Strike Team and the Florida League of Cities Criminal Justice Committee. His community service also includes being a past Councilman of Malabar, Florida.
Dr. Dekker and his wife Alice have been married for fifty years and reside in Malabar. They have four children and nine grandchildren.

Dan Rossignol, MD, FAAFP
Dan Rossignol, MD, FAAFP received his Doctorate of Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Virginia (UVa). He is the father of two children with autism, ages seven and five.
