Here are some foods that you must eat or recommend your patients to eat to get rid of autism symptoms and to remain healthy throughout the challenging period of life. Autism or Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that includes difficulty in social interactions, communication, and repetitive behaviors. The list of crucial foods is as follows;
1. Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-3 fatty acids, particularly EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA(docosahexaenoic acid) are well known to play a crucial role in brain development and function.
